Andre Germishuizen is a qualified attorney who specialises in matters related to the development and registration of real estate. Following many years’ experience in all matters related to the law, he has developed exceptional expertise as a qualified conveyancer and attorney.
He has developed a solid, well established client base of estate agents, developers, financial institutions and other clients with whom he has crafted long-term relationships spanning almost two decades. His success can be attributed to his vast experience in property law, gained as a senior partner in a well-established legal practice for more than a decade. During this time he has served on the panels of several major banks. Walking the extra mile is defined in the personal service that Andre Germishuizen and his team deliver to every client daily.
With vast experience in dealings with institutions such as the South African Revenue Service, Municipalities, High and Magistrates Courts, the Master of the High Court, Pretoria and Johannesburg and Deeds Offices across South Africa, a well established working with these institutions was formed.
